GILES COLE

Giles Cole (Producer) is the British end of the Anglo-American Production Team of Marshall + Cole Theatricals Ltd. As a Playwright and co-producer, his new play, The Art of Concealment about the life of English playwright Terence Rattigan, received high praise last year at Jermyn Street Theatre, before transferring to Riverside Studios. Additionally last year, with Marshall, the pair produced Max Maven Thinking in Person Off-Broadway, and Short Guys With Glasses, Seeing With the Mind’s Eye, and Jadoo. Other credits include writing seven plays for BBC Radio 4 (Afternoon Play), all directed by Ian Cotterell. His first stage play, Old Schoolboys, was produced at Croydon Warehouse Theatre. In 2009, he compiled an entertainment based on the works of Sir John Mortimer, with a cast that included Geoffrey Palmer, Hugh Bonneville, Geraldine James and Katie Warren. From 1987 to 2008 he was a producer and script consultant with PTP Ltd, a London-based production company which specialized in awards ceremonies for the corporate sector.
